Why Steele Trainer?
We all start or restart our fitness journey for the same thing: change. Whether it be for more speed, strength, mobility, or for less pain, medication, fatigue, we all want a change.
However, I saw two main problems with training plans.
We don’t all fit the same mold.
The rate of drop off, fad workouts, and yo-yo effects is far too high.
So, where do we go if we’re tired of the fads, yo-yo-ing, and overwhelmed with “tips and tricks”?
Where can we find a plan that works with our busy schedules rather than the other way around?
What if we don’t want to just lift weights, just run, just do yoga? Why can’t we have fun with it all?
This is why I created Steele Trainer. With my expertise in yoga, HIIT, bootcamp, weight lifting, running, and hybrid training, I promise to create a plan to give variety and results.
