Why Steele Trainer?

We all want the same thing from our fitness journey: change.

Whether it be for more speed, strength, mobility, or for less pain, medication, fatigue, we all want a change.

However, I saw problems in the journey.

  1. People either don’t know how to be effective in the gym or they are too tired from life to create a plan for themselves

  2. Without accountability, most people don’t stick around long enough to see results

So what do people do? Turn to google or youtube for their training plans.

But here’s the problem with that…

  1. We don’t all fit the same mold.

  2. The rate of drop off because of fad workouts and yo-yo effects is far too high.

So, where do we go from here?

Where can we find a plan that works with our busy schedules rather than the other way around?

What if we don’t want to just lift weights, just run, just do yoga? Why can’t we have fun with it all?

This is why I created Steele Trainer. With my expertise in yoga, HIIT, bootcamp, weight lifting, running, and hybrid training, I promise to create a plan to give variety and results.

I want movement to be attainable, enjoyable, and transformative for everyone.
