My name is Amanda Steele and I am so excited you are interested in setting your physical and mental health as a priority. Exercise and movement have been passions of mine for well over a decade.

A Glimpse into My Journey

Whether it was HIIT training, running, lifting, becoming a certified yoga instructor, getting a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, teaching weight training-cardio mix group fitness, interning with D1 Strength and Conditioning coaches, or a career as a Physician Assistant, I continue to invested my efforts into health and wellness.
